We ship using UPS weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you need your paks to arrive before the weekend, make sure to place your order by Sunday evening!  

No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add to or modify your order once it has been placed.

Vutchery cannot ship food products to a PO or APO Box. 

Shipping, insulation & ice packs are included in the displayed cost.

Products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
